Meet ever 2ed Friday of the Month
A mens support group that meets monthly.
We will concertante on making a fire and sitting round the fire where we can discuss any related issues or topics that arise .
The process in is attempt to support each other as Men trying to live in the modern world
Everything will be confidential.
We are not therapists and have no Counselling Skill ,but we hope that together we can Support each other as need
We will set ground rules and also discuss as group where went to go with this, What elements we wish to Incorporate to make this an all encompassing, an inclusive group, with a warm welcoming Environment

This course Introduces you to the basic principles of shamanism. and will look at the techniques of exploring the non-ordinary of the shamanic world .

Womens Fires Circle
This Will be the first of our Fire Circles that we are creating one.
A safe and comfortable place to meet up, Sit in circle, where we women can talk about life issues. These meetings will be in full confidentiality, Inclusive and with respect for each member of the group.
A fire Circle is firstly a space for us to come together. What we do in that space is up to us.
Initially it needs to be space where we can connect and discuss in a supportive environment topic that are important to us. Being given time to express ourselves and be heard. Hopefully have enjoyment and laughter on the way.
. The aim is simply to build a supportive community that is Warm welcoming , inclusive and confidential.
We are not therapist or qualified Councillors, but between us we have enough life experience to explore ideas that might help each ofus mentally, physically & spiritually. Hopefully we can promote a sense of wellbeing and inspire each other.
As the name suggest the focal point will be around the Fire , Creating that fire and working together to do so. However the weather might be against us so that may not always be practical to be outdoors.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying

16th November 2025
At Pine Clouds ,Cromford , Derbyshire
This one day course will introduce you to shamanic journeying and teach you how to connect with your spirit guide/power animal. This important basic connection forms the foundation for many shamanic practices. We will briefly introduce you to shamanic cosmology and guide you to undertake journeys within these worlds. Once established this connection can allow you to begin to empower and heal yourself. It can lead to a greater understanding of yourself and others and to form a deep connection with “all that is”.
There will be lots of space for questions and discussion and an opportunity to work outside to connect with natural energies and the spirits of nature.
Jean Douglas and Pat Dunnicliffe will be leading the day. Both are experienced shamanic practitioners having trained with the Eagles Wing Centre for Contemporary Shamanism and the Scandinavian Centre for Shamanic Studies respectively.

10 a.m to 5 p.m
Venue is Pine Clouds at Cromford, Derbyshire.
